Stuti Mankotia
Research Analyst
As a research analyst with ISP, Stuti supports research and strategy projects by combining organisational clarity with a curiosity for how systems and policies impact real people. She brings a particular strength in managing details, coordinating across teams, and navigating complex information with care.
Stuti is currently pursuing an Honours degree in Computer Science with a minor in Chemistry at the University of Alberta. She has applied her skills in both academic and real-world contexts—supporting graduate research in the Nano-Carbon Synthesis Lab and helping develop accessible biomedical technology as part of Alberta Bionix, where she served as Vice President and a core member of the software team.
Beyond her academic and work experience, Stuti has a long-standing track record of leadership and community involvement. She chaired the St. Albert Youth Advisory Committee, served as Grad President at Paul Kane High School, and has supported a range of initiatives through the Kidney Foundation, UASU, the Stollery Children’s Hospital, and more. Her work has spanned everything from fundraising and event planning to hospital volunteerism and youth mentorship.
Based in St. Albert, Stuti is motivated by opportunities that connect people, ideas, and systems—and believes that small improvements in how we serve and support others can lead to meaningful impact. In her spare time, you’ll find her hiking in the mountains, climbing indoors and out, or immersed in her love of music.
