His work focuses on guiding organizations toward approaches that move beyond consultation to genuine connection, ensuring that both community and industry perspectives are understood and reflected.
With decades of experience across industry and consulting, Monte advises on Indigenous engagement frameworks, reconciliation policies, and culturally informed strategies that align with Truth and Reconciliation principles. His approach is grounded in sincerity and integrity, helping clients engage authentically and with purpose.
During the Fort McMurray wildfires, Monte played a key role in helping people navigate both evacuation efforts and post-event recovery — an experience that reinforced his commitment to community support and resilience. His dedication to service has also been recognized with a Life-Saving Award from the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta.
When he’s not working with clients, Monte can often be found perfecting his swing on the golf course.
