Kristi Rouse

Senior Consultant

Kristi brings a background in finance, governance, and community leadership, with a practical understanding of the economic and policy forces shaping Western Canada.

Having worked in both public and private sector settings, she understands how decisions are made, how priorities compete, and what it takes to move organizations forward. 

At ISP, Kristi serves as a Senior Consultant, advising clients on strategy, stakeholder engagement, and matters involving government, boards, and community partners. She draws on experience in commercial lending, elected governance, and cross-sector leadership to help organizations navigate competing interests, build alignment, and move priorities ahead with confidence. 

Her career has included roles in agriculture, oil and gas workforce accommodation, education, and real estate. She also served as an elected Trustee with the St. Albert School Division from 2021 to 2025, concluding her term as Vice-Chair. 

Kristi holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She is a co-founder of the Rouse Family Fund with the St. Albert Sturgeon Community Foundation and has supported a range of local boards, charities, and community initiatives. 

Originally from rural central Alberta, Kristi has called St. Albert home since 2006, where she lives with her husband and two teenage sons.
