At zag, Jill builds insight-driven strategies and campaign frameworks for a range of clients, including consistent strategic support for ISP clients. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, clarity, and big-picture thinking.

She joined zag in 2018, starting her career on the social media team. Immersed in the dynamic, always-on world of digital content, she quickly developed a knack for spotting trends, adapting in real time, and thinking both quickly and strategically. That agility and audience awareness continue to shape her work today as a Strategist—where she builds smart, insight-driven plans that help brands stay ahead.

Jill is a collaborative problem-solver who thrives on big-picture thinking. Whether she’s shaping campaign frameworks, uncovering audience insights, or connecting the dots between business goals and creative execution, she brings focus, depth, and precision to every project.

Her foundation in business is just as strong as her creative instincts. Jill holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Business Economics and Law and served as President of the University of Alberta Marketing Association.

Off the clock, Jill is a dedicated rec league volleyball player and loyal Oilers fan, a true crime enthusiast who avoids horror films, and a global traveler who’s visited 36 countries and lived in three—so far.
