Harish is a research-driven professional with experience supporting policy-focused work across healthcare, advocacy, and academic environments. He brings a strong foundation in analysis and writing, along with a thoughtful approach to contributing to complex, fast-paced files.
At ISP, Harish serves as an intern, supporting research, analysis, and coordination across a range of client initiatives. He contributes to policy and background research, prepares written materials, and supports the team in advancing work across healthcare and public affairs.
Harish is currently completing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Alberta, where his academic work has focused on complex cognition and applied research. His experience includes supporting large-scale research projects and translating findings into clear, structured outputs to inform decision-making.
Alongside his academic work, Harish has held leadership roles across several organizations, including the Child Advocacy Society and Helping Hands for Homeless Youth, where he led communications, supported fundraising efforts, and contributed to advancing dialogue on child welfare policy. He has also supported healthcare operations through his role with Alberta Precision Labs, working closely with senior leadership to coordinate deliverables and support system-wide initiatives.
In addition to his professional experience, Harish is actively involved in community-focused initiatives, including his role as Director at Empowering the Next Generation and his long-standing volunteer work across healthcare and community organizations.
