Christina is a seasoned market research expert with over 30 years of experience in marketing insights, brand strategy, and advanced analytics.
As the Market Research Partner at ISP, Christina specializes in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Known for her consultative approach, she ensures clients can leverage research findings long after the study concludes, providing ongoing value beyond the initial analysis.
Christina’s career includes leadership roles at major organizations such as ENMAX, Shaw Communications, WestJet, and Critical Mass. At ENMAX, she led the research department, managing key initiatives like brand tracking, customer satisfaction programs, and stakeholder engagement. During her time at Shaw, she spearheaded the Voice of the Customer program, and at WestJet, she founded the airline’s market research group, where she introduced innovative customer experience benchmarking and tracking systems.
Her deep expertise in data integrity and knowledge transfer empowers clients to make confident, data-driven decisions. Prior to joining ISP, Christina served as Managing Director of Curious, the research division of Critical Mass, where she grew the research group and led projects for global clients including Apple, AT&T, and GoDaddy.
As Vice President of Market Research at ThinkHQ Public Affairs Inc., Christina has led key projects such as the EPCOR Stormwater Integrated Resource Plan (SIRP), which contributed to EPCOR’s recognition with the Canada Clean50 award in 2021.
Christina holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Waterloo, where her studies focused on customer experience and quantitative research methods.
Based in Calgary, Christina enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her two (aspiring Instagram famous) shelties.
