Alandra is a strategic communications and advocacy advisor with experience working across provincial, national, and international organizations. She brings a strong understanding of government relations, stakeholder engagement, and policy communications, helping organizations navigate complex environments and move initiatives forward with clarity and discipline.
At ISP, Alandra serves as a Consultant, advising clients on strategic communications, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. She works with organizations to align communications strategies with policy priorities and advance initiatives involving government, industry, and community partners.
Her career began in federal politics, where she developed experience in political communications, public affairs, and government relations. Since then, she has worked closely with organizations, businesses, and non-profits on strategic initiatives involving policy alignment, funding opportunities, and multi-partner collaboration.
Through her consulting practice, Alandra has supported organizations in areas such as healthcare strategy, national advocacy initiatives, and international business engagement. Her work includes coordinating federal advocacy efforts, supporting physician recruitment and retention initiatives, and developing partnerships and communications strategies across multiple sectors.
Outside of her work, Alandra serves on several boards focused on economic development and regional collaboration, including Community Futures organizations across Western Canada.
