Adham brings experience spanning operations, safety oversight, and regulatory environments, where he has developed a structured, analytical approach to high-stakes, time-sensitive work. His focus centres on public policy, risk management, and strategic decision-making. 

At ISP, Adham serves as an intern, supporting research, analysis, and coordination across client initiatives. He contributes to policy and background research, prepares written materials, and supports the team in advancing work across public affairs and stakeholder environments. 

Adham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Honours) from the University of Alberta, where his academic work focused on counterterrorism and countering extremism policy, contributing to broader discussions in modern security policy. 

He has experience operating in high-risk, time-sensitive environments through his work at Edmonton International Airport, where he has led operations and supported safety and compliance across large-scale aviation activities. His work includes analyzing operational performance, supporting regulatory compliance, and identifying process improvements that enhance safety and efficiency. 

Earlier in his career, Adham supported internal policy development and operational strategy across both organizational and community settings, working with a range of stakeholders to support implementation and decision-making. 

Outside of his professional work, Adham has a strong interest in philosophy and strategy-based problem solving, including logic-oriented and 4X strategy games.
